By registering an account, connecting an API key, browsing our site, or otherwise accessing our technology, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue access to the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

Access to Spornadike is strictly reserved for individuals who satisfy all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where the receipt and utilisation of algorithmic crypto analysis tools and market execution software is lawful.
• You are not subject to any international sanctions, restrictive economic measures, or statutory blacklists maintained by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, or the United Nations.

Users based in the United Kingdom acknowledge the regulatory environment overseen by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Spornadike provides non-custodial automated technological toolsets and does not offer bespoke financial advice or portfolio custody under these Terms.

3. Nature of Platform Services

Spornadike operates an automated technology suite consisting of algorithmic logic triggers, computational predictive engines, quantitative risk modules, and synthetic market simulation interfaces. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform acts solely as a technological layer executing mathematical routines based upon user-configured parameters.
• Nothing published on the Platform, including automated signals, computational projections, or back-testing visualisations, constitutes personalised investment recommendations, legal advice, or financial promotion.
• Past market trajectories and algorithmic efficiency rates generated in controlled testing environments cannot guarantee future performance in live, decentralized, or order-driven markets.

4. User Accounts and Security Obligations

To access automated toolsets, you may be required to register an account. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, multi-factor authentication tokens, and private API keys connecting external crypto exchanges to Spornadike.

Spornadike shall never request withdrawal-enabled API privileges. You agree to configure external API keys with trade execution privileges only. We disclaim all liability for unauthorised actions resulting from your failure to maintain stringent credential security or incorrect API permissioning.

5. Prohibited Uses

When interacting with the Platform, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

• Deploying reverse-engineering tools, decompilers, or automated web scraping robots against our algorithmic infrastructure.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or cause latency disruption to external exchanges via malicious trading sequences initiated through our systems.
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing Spornadike market feeds, mathematical formulations, or execution indicators without express written authorization.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing sanctions protocols.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including algorithmic software, proprietary code, brand marks, visual design, analytical formulas, and database structures, remain the exclusive property of Spornadike or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to operate the user interface solely for your personal computational use.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Spornadike, its officers, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, capital depreciation, network outages, slippage during trade execution, or API downtime attributable to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these Terms.

9. Amendments and Contact

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect software enhancements, security enhancements, or statutory shifts. Material revisions will be posted directly to this URL with an updated effective date. Continued utilisation of the Platform following such revisions signifies your affirmative consent.
